Full time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + Company car + Frequent incentives

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: North East/Scotland (territory will be determined to succesful candidates location)

 

You will be working for Powerforce to fulfil the role of Key Account Executive on our Molson Coors team to establish productive relationships, increase distribution and identify opportunities for growth within Multi Site retailers in the convenience channel. You will also spend time across other channels such as Co-op and/or wholesale, which can be changeable based on the customer priorities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work from a list of multi-site retailers to build mini joint business plans and short-term agreements with the ambition of increasing Molson Coors distribution and delivering AC (actual contribution) value to our customer
  • You will have the ability to prospect new customers based on opportunity within your area 
  • Working closely with internal client contacts to develop opportunities
  • Build great relationships with the multi-site retailers and contacts within a Co-op/wholesale store environment and provide first class customer service
  • Proposal and implementation of agreements to gain new distribution, improved availability and visibility and chilled share of space
  • Drive distribution and resolve out of stocks using Sales Out and EPOS to engage contacts
  • Gain new distribution points through commercial presentations
  • Maximise share of space within the category
  • Secure and agree off shelf feature to be activated by ground level BDEs or store operators / teams
  • Share best practice and success and learnings with the National Sales Manager and the Molson Coors sales teams
  • Implement and improve implementation of all national promotions with the relevant setting
  • Use strong in store relationships to agree additional, discretional activation at a store level

 

 

Requirements:

  • Held a full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
  • This is a highly commercial and numeric role and therefore you must be able to display that skillset
  • Strong Microsoft office skills – training will also be provided
  • This is a very autonomous role and as a KAE you need to be a real self-starter and can work well from own initiative
  • A great role for someone with aspirations to go into a national account’s role
  • This person will work extremely closely with Molson Coors direct sales teams and therefore a BRILLIANT ambassador for the business is a MUST
