Salary: £27,000 up to £32,400 per annum (On Target Earnings) + Company car + Frequent incentives

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: North West (territory will be determined by successful candidate's location)

At Powerforce, we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive who’s ready to take the leap into a broader, more strategic Field Account Executive role. You’ve built confidence in outbound selling or retail engagement - now it’s time to own relationships, influence clients, and make a direct commercial impact.

We’ll give you the tools, training, and trust to succeed. If you're curious, commercially aware, and ready to level up - this is your launchpad.

In this role, you'll:

• Work closely with multi-site retail customers
• Use sales data to make smart, targeted decisions
• Take ownership of territory performance
• Be coached by industry leaders and supported to grow

Requirements:

• A full driving licence held for at least 12 months
• An intuitive ability to cut through the 'sales noise', identify key decision makers, and align with their needs
• Creative marketing ideas that build into the all-important In person or Teams pitch
• Commercially intelligent
