Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £23,500 to £25,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
Working: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days per week in Powerforce Offices

 

Here at Powerforce, we are on the lookout for our next Operations Executive to join our award-winning business! You’ll be the key link between our Nestlé field team and our head office, providing vital operational and administrative support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

This is a role for someone who can switch quickly between projects, handle urgent calls without breaking stride, and maintain focus even with competing priorities. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, have operational or field-based experience, and love building strong working relationships, this could be your perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all day-to-day queries between the field and head office teams

  • Organise engaging team meetings, forums, and conferences

  • Manage multiple shared inboxes and respond to requests promptly

  • Provide regular updates to line managers and colleagues

  • Coordinate deliveries and dispatches of kit and point-of-sale materials

  • Maintain company systems to ensure the field team has everything they need

  • Prepare and distribute project materials, mailouts, and reports

  • Share customer updates and activity photos using our internal systems

  • Support budgeting, finance tracking, and meeting/conference planning

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively

  • Confident switching between tasks and handling urgent requests

  • Customer service orientation with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in operational roles or field-based team support

  • Background in retail or hospitality environments advantageous

  • Basic understanding of budgeting, finance, or event planning

  • Strong coordination and organisational skills

  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships across internal teams and with clients
