Salary: Up to £24,000/annum (£28,800/annum OTE) + Hybrid car + Incentives + Discounts 

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends, just happy pets!) 

Territory: Scotland & Cumbria (Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Falkirk and surrounding areas)

Are you a results-driven sales person with a passion for pets? Powerforce is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our dedicated Nestle Purina team in Scotland. You will represent a world-leading pet care brand, working to ensure their high-quality, nutritious products are visible and available to pet lovers everywhere. 

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday) where you will manage your own territory, build strong relationships, and work across retail and wholesale sectors. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail, wholesale, and independent stores across your territory.
• Use sales data, industry insights, and your experience to deliver compelling pitches, secure stock orders, and increase sales of the Purina portfolio.
• Enhance the brand presence and drive sales through effective merchandising, including strategic placement of Point of Sale displays and FSDUs.
• Train and educate in-store staff, empowering them to become confident advocates for the Purina brand and its products. 
• Effectively plan your routes and manage your schedule to achieve and exceed KPIs.

What We're Looking For: 

• Held a Full UK Driving License for a minimum of 12 months 
• Excellent communication, negotiations, and relationship building skills
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or field sales is a plus
• Highly motivated and organised individual who can work autonomously
• A genuine love for animals and an interest in pet wellbeing.
