Operations Manager - Nestlé Wholesale

Full-Time, Permanent 

Salary: £41,000 to 45,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus + company car

Working: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Location: Winnersh, RG41  - Hybrid with frequent travel to client offices in York YO31

 

Powerforce is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to ensure seamless operational alignment between our field team and Nestlé’s Wholesale Team. Working closely with the National Manager and Account Director, you will establish and maintain efficient workflows, driving a culture of continuous improvement. 

 

In this role you will be pivotal in translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans, ensuring the field team consistently meets and exceeds Nestlé’s expectations. You will leverage data-driven insights to propose and implement initiatives that maximize ROI while upholding high standards of performance and accountability. 

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational alignment between Powerforce and Nestlé
  • Conduct account surgeries with the National Manager, providing valuable insights to stakeholders
  • Collate and analyse field insights to inform strategic decision-making and customer presentations
  • Develop and present proposals to optimise operational efficiency and drive performance
  • Assess field team performance against Nestlé’s expectations, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct monthly field visits with Regional Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure consistent implementation of strategic directives

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven ability to manage and optimise operational processes
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex data and market trends
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and proposals to stakeholders
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering cross-functional projects
  • Understanding of customer ROI and ability to develop commercially viable solutions
  • Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI
