Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car

Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP - Hybrid with travel to client sites

Are you a data-driven strategist ready for a career-defining opportunity? We are looking for an experienced Data & Insight Manager to join our new high impact PepsiCo team and lead our data strategy immediately through our implementation and into the future. 

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

This isn't just about reporting; it’s about influence. You will bridge the gap between raw field data and executive-level decision-making.

• Actionable Insights: Analyse field data to identify trends and deliver insights that directly maximise ROI.

• Visual Storytelling: Develop and maintain high-level, customer-focused dashboards using Power BI and Pyramid.

• Technical Excellence: Manage data integrity and optimise pipelines using SQL, Python, or R for advanced statistical modelling.

• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to define data requirements and drive strategic business goals.

What You’ll Bring

• Strategic Leadership: A proven ability to move beyond operational reporting into strategic data management.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level SQL for database management and proficiency in Python or R for analytics.

• Insight to Action: A track record of translating complex datasets into clear, actionable solutions for senior stakeholders.

• Project Expertise: Experience leading data projects from architecture design to final visualisation.
