Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + Annual Company Bonus

Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP  (Hybrid)

Are you a master of data accuracy with an eye for trends? Join us as our Data & Reporting Analyst in a pivotal role supporting our landmark PepsiCo launch by ensuring our field teams have the reliable intelligence they need to win.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Survey & Data Management: Own the day-to-day management of field surveys and maintain flawless customer master data (outlets, products, and territories).

• Reporting Excellence: Deliver high-impact reports (MOR, QBR) on time and in full to support strategic decision-making.

• Continuous Improvement: Partner with the Data & Insight Manager to build new reporting suites and streamline data processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Analytical Agility: The ability to interpret data from various sources and turn it into ‘selling stories’ that influence stakeholders.

• Technical Proficiency: A continuous improvement mindset with a deep understanding managing data and reporting using key tools. Excellent Excel and experience of visualisation tools i.e. Power BI, Tableau

• Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to build relationships across functions and support the wider team during critical phases.
