Salary: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum + Annual Company Bonus

Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Winnersh, RG41 5TP (Hybrid) 

Do you thrive on variety and organisation? We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our exciting new client partnership  As the essential link between our field and office teams, you’ll be the one that keeps our national PepsiCo operations running smoothly.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Liaison & Support: Act as the first line of support for field queries, managing communications and producing the monthly newsletter.

• Logistics Mastery: Oversee POS materials, equipment orders, and dispatch, ensuring the field has everything they need to hit their targets.

• Operational Control: Own the onboarding process for new starters and coordinate team meetings, forums, and large-scale conferences.
