At Powerforce, we are looking for an inspiring, ambitious and commercially focused Field Manager to lead our team of 6 On Trade field sales team, representing the Molson Coors draught portfolio.
You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing a team of Business Development Executives, ensuring they have the capability, focus and support required to deliver against channel objectives. Through your leadership, you will drive distribution, sales growth, outlet execution and customer engagement across leased and tenanted pubs and bars, helping customers grow their businesses whilst delivering exceptional results for Molson Coors.
As a Field Manager, you will
Lead, Coach and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Inspire, motivate and develop a team of 6 Business Development Executives to achieve their full potential
- Conduct regular field coaching sessions, providing meaningful feedback and tailored development plans to enhance capability and performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high engagement
- Support succession planning and talent development, building a strong pipeline for future growth
Drive Commercial Delivery Through Others
- Lead the team to deliver against Molson Coors brand objectives, commercial targets and channel priorities
- Ensure BDEs effectively execute distribution, visibility and activation initiatives within their territories
- Drive best practice in category-led selling, negotiation and customer engagement
- Monitor team performance, identifying opportunities to optimise execution and improve ROI
Champion Execution Excellence
- Embed robust territory planning, pipeline management and contact strategies across the team
- Ensure high standards of data capture, CRM compliance and reporting accuracy
- Review performance metrics regularly, using insight to identify gaps, celebrate successes and implement action plans
- Support the successful execution of new product launches, activation programmes and route-to-market initiatives
Build Strong Partnerships
- Develop collaborative relationships with Molson Coors stakeholders and internal Powerforce teams
- Act as a trusted partner, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and delivering best-in-class field execution
- Share insights and market intelligence to support future planning and decision-making
About You
- Previous experience leading, coaching and developing field sales teams, ideally within the UK On Trade sector
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results through others
- Passionate about people development, with strong coaching and performance management skills
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate insight into clear action plans
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities and leading a geographically dispersed team
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable using data, technology and performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Experience of category-led selling techniques and customer-first solutions would be advantageous

Field Manager Must-Haves
- Proven people leadership experience within field sales
- A passion for hospitality and developing high-performing teams
- A desire to build and lead a successful career within commercial field leadership
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 12 months
